Gift of Giving Back (GOGB) collects the personal information below only for the purpose stated, and will not share it outside GOGB except where required by law or to complete a service you've requested (e.g., issuing a tax receipt).

• Volunteer profiles: Name and contact information are used to coordinate volunteer roles and communicate about GOGB activities.
• Team rep / TipTap contacts: Name and contact information are used solely to arrange and confirm TipTap donation machine sign-outs and returns.
• Donor information: Name, contact information, and donation details are used to issue official tax receipts and are retained as required by CRA record-keeping rules.

Where your information is stored: GOGB uses cloud services to operate this portal. Your information may be stored or processed on servers located in Canada or the United States. By using this site and submitting your personal information, you consent to this cross-border storage and processing.

Your information is stored securely and access is limited to authorized GOGB personnel. You may request to see, correct, or have your information deleted (subject to CRA retention requirements for donation records) by contacting airi@giftofgivingback.ca.
